About this talk

Ensuring that your recruitment process is inclusive can contribute to your success of hiring a diverse cohort but how can organisations ensure they are designing their recruitment processes in the right way? Most people believe that fairness is inextricably linked to consistency of experience, but at Amberjack we would argue that is not always the case. In this session Sophie Meaney, MD, Amberjack will provide best practice and guidance on designing an inclusive recruitment experience including how organisations can use intelligent automation to overcome some of the inherent barriers that exist. Sophie will be joined by James Gordanifar, Head of Student Talent Attraction & Acquisition at EY who will share the action they have taken to support candidates at each stage of the process and how they are striving to continually improve through a new and innovative communication strategy.

Outcomes: Content from each roundtable discussion will be collated and shared back to attendees. In addition, Amberjack will share their latest insight paper - Optimising Diversity in Recruitment.
