This session will focus on what organizational psychology research tells us about how to hire objectively and hence inclusively. It will go over what an “ideal”, data-driven and inclusive hiring process looks like along with the research and reasoning behind it. It will also describe how Alva uses transparent statistical models and AI to help customers fight biases in hiring procedures.
